Took my brand new Qx55 to have the Permaplate done. First dealing with the service department about appointments is not enjoyable at all! While my car was on there premises damage was done to the paint about a third the was up the drivers side doors. You can tell something rubbed across the door. It was dark when we picked up the car and we went straight to our garage where it has been for the last week. Today I wanted to drive it and that is when I saw the damage. This dealership is doing a huge disservice to the Infinity brand! I purchased a 2024 model and the homelink was not operating. After 8 weeks of trying various things to get that to work, they returned my car to me filthy dirty. When I took it to wash the next day, it had been hit on the back passenger side of the car! Their service failure recovery is awful! Their phone system doesn’t work properly and the General Manager doesn’t return phone calls. From end to end- a horrible experience. I can’t recommend this dealer. I hope they improve.

i purchased my qx60 hybrid new from this dealership in 2014 they have been my go to dealership for all after the sale service, even when i relocated to austin tx for almost 2 years before we moved back here. Based on my experience with this dealership i have no reservations in recommending them .
Took my QX60 in for 35,000 mile service and Kaylin had a loaner ready for me and took care of my service and kept me informed of progress and any additional work needed. Very satisfied

Well they didnt have anything I was looking for then tried to make me take something I wasnt really interested in then my down payment wasn't enough so wasnt very satisfied with my experience their.
Can't recommend these guys at all. The salesman and I were talking pricing and he said we had a deal. Get back onsite and they doubled the trade amount. To be honest, everything seemed to be going really good until the salesman found out we are Jewish and then the price went up.
